Looking Within
I have spent years observing my thoughts, beliefs, emotions and patterns and trying to understand the inner self.
I didn't learn about self-image from a book. I experienced it in my own life.
For more than two decades, I have explored the connection between our inner world, our thoughts, our self-image and the way we experience life.
Since childhood, I had a stammering speech problem. It was something that ran in my family, and even today, some members of my extended family experience it in the next generation.
At around the age of 16, I decided that I did not want my speech difficulty to define who I was. Through my own inner efforts, observation, practice and determination, I gradually overcame my stammering.
I did not have a ready-made formula to follow. I learned by observing myself, experimenting, failing, trying again and understanding what was happening within me.
What began as a personal struggle with speech became one of the earliest experiences that made me look seriously at the inner self.
Observe yourself
Understand the pattern
Make an inner effort
Keep practising
During my school days, I was the shortest student in my class. Whenever students had to stand in a line—whether during assembly or elsewhere—I would naturally find myself at the front.
That physical experience also created an image of myself. Over the years, through my own physical and inner efforts, my relationship with that image changed.
What stayed with me was not simply the experience itself, but the deeper lesson:
The image we carry about ourselves can become a powerful part of the way we experience our lives.
This realization stayed with me for years and gradually became one of the foundations of my understanding of self-image.
I was born in a small village where there were no schools nearby. My parents made a great effort to ensure that I received an education, even though it meant sending me away from my village to study.
Looking back, I realize how important that decision was. The education, exposure and experiences I received opened doors that otherwise may never have opened for me.
I learned English, French and Hindi through a combination of education, observation, practice and my own desire to become the person I wanted to become.
That way of thinking stayed with me throughout my life.
When the Internet was still beginning to boom, I decided to explore business opportunities through it.
There was uncertainty and there were no guarantees. But I was willing to experiment, learn and keep moving forward.
I started my online business journey in 1999, at a time when the Internet was still new to many people. Over the years, I learned, experimented, adapted and built experience across different areas of the online world.
Today, after more than two decades of working online, I am comfortable navigating a constantly changing digital environment.
But when I look back, I don't believe that technology alone was responsible for that journey. The strength to keep learning, experimenting and moving forward came from within.
Alongside my professional journey, there has been an inward and spiritual journey taking place within me.
I have spent years observing my thoughts, beliefs, emotions and patterns and trying to understand the inner self.
My inward spiritual journey has become an important source of strength, perspective and meaning in my life.
This journey continues to help me remain active, energetic, positive and vibrant.
Over the years, I began to recognize a pattern in my own journey: again and again, changing something within myself changed the way I approached something outside myself.
Selfimage.in was created from this exploration. It brings together lessons I have learned through personal experience, inner exploration, business experience and years of observation, and shares them through practical training.
I believe there is a deeper relationship between our inner state and the way we experience the world around us. My work explores the idea that our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, self-image and actions influence the way we perceive opportunities, make decisions and respond to life.
I also explore the concept of frequency and vibration as part of this personal-development framework.
Whether you are thinking about money, wealth, peace, relationships, health, career, success or something else you desire, the first place I encourage you to look is within yourself.
I don't present myself as someone who has discovered a magical formula that guarantees a particular result. I share the principles, practices and perspectives that I have explored throughout my own journey.
